Now this is what I am calling - home made food porn :-D

Sushi rice (plain), Costco meat balls, and my home made hot sauce.

1/2 a large Onion thinly diced
1.5 tps minced garlic
1/3 of a can of canned crushed tomatoes
Sriracha sauce - i added about 2 tps
Chili garlic sauce - i added about 2 tps
(yeah… i like it spicy…)
Onion powder to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Saute (sweat) the onions in some olive oil, add garlic, add crushed tomatoes, add Sriracha and chili garlic sauce, simmer, add onion powder and garlic salt, toss in the meat balls. mix the meat balls in the sauce till warm inside. serve on rice :)

if you ever try this, let me know. this was improvised on a “I am hungry and there's nothing in to eat” kinda night.
